I submitted two entries to the previously mentioned contest. I was very surprised at the results. This mix finished at #9 while the mix I expected to do well finished somewhere around 30. The winner was the work of a pro sound engineer.

This is a planned entry (some changes yet to be made) for the latest contest at Kompoz.com. Glen Philips of Toad the Wet Sprocket has released a solo album called “Secrets of the New Explorers”. He has submitted the raw studio tracks for the members of Kompoz to remix remake and redo. The best mix wins a Fender Strat. I am only using the lead vocal here.
My entry to the first contest at Kompoz had a very distinct 70s feel to it, so I decided I would continue the trend.
